Composition of Rock Tumber

The testing machine consists of a metal base, a metal rod, a driving motor, a belt, a bearing, a rubber roller, an outer cylinder of a roller, six wing nuts, a rubber washer, a rubber barrel liner and the like.

Application, test flow and characteristics of this rock tumbler

Usage: It is used to simulate the friction-rolling test of materials with some metals or other media in a drum.
Test flow: put the materials to be tested into the drum, add the sealing cover, tighten the gland wing nut, put the drum on the metal base, and turn on the AC115V power supply to start the work. When working, the drum rotates to drive the materials and media in the drum to rotate at a high speed. Under this movement, the friction medium in the drum quickly rolls and rubs the materials under the action of inertia force.
Features: The testing machine is novel in appearance, advanced in structure and convenient to use. The drum speed is optimized, and the drum is driven by rubber rollers to rotate and roll.
The cylinder liner can also be customized into denim according to user's requirements, and the rotating speed can also be designed according to customer's requirements.
